Yes, we offer carrying to your floor as a paid service. The price depends on weight and number of floors. You can order it at checkout.

Yes, personal pickup is available at our Prague showroom. When ordering, select "Personal pickup" and we will contact you when the goods are ready.

Inspect the shipment upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, do not accept it and contact us immediately. Damage discovered after receipt should be photographed and reported within 24 hours.

Most furniture is delivered disassembled for easier transport. Some smaller pieces are delivered fully assembled.

You can return furniture within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. The furniture must be unused, in original packaging and with complete accessories.
